- Friday, February 28th -

We are monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation carefully and continuously.

The health and safety of our staff, partners, sponsors, delegates and attendees is our number one priority.

We have been in regular communication with the CDMX Government about developments in Mexico City and will continue throughout the weekend.

Additionally, we have been continuing to refer to the guidelines and protocols as suggested by the World Health Organization (www.who.int) and the Government of Mexico (https://www.gob.mx/salud/documentos/nuevo-coronavirus) regarding the virus.

When the event kicks off on Tuesday, we’ll be taking additional cleanliness protocols throughout the event, including:

  • Frequent wipe downs of all common touch areas, including doorknobs, lecterns, microphones, light switches, trash/ recycling bins, elevator buttons, water stations, and bathroom areas
  • A significant increase in hand sanitizer stations throughout Papalote & special events venues
  • Additional reminder messages throughout the venues about personal cleanliness and handwashing

We’ll continue to share updates and recommendations to ensure we all enjoy a successful and healthy Advertising Week LATAM 2020.
