Her goal is to drive measurable business results through more robust activations at the market level, and scale them worldwide. As Twitter rolls out in markets around the world, Melissa’s team is often one of the first on the ground to provide support to local agencies and brands.
Previously, Melissa was a senior vice president at Fleishman-Hillard, where she lead the consumer digital team and helped companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, BMW, Tommy Hilfiger, Hyatt and others cut their teeth in social business planning. She has deep experience in developing long-term strategy, content and community management models and managing crises within social media.
