Since its creation in 2004, Advertising Week has drawn more than 2.5 million participants from around the world for a week of programming that seeks to combine education, engagement, enlightenment and entertainment with its global mission to inspire people to join the craft. The flagship event, Advertising Week in New York City, is now in its 14th year and has expanded with events in the most influential global media markets including Europe with Advertising Week Europe in London, Asia with Advertising Week Asia in Tokyo and now Latin America with Advertising Week LATAM in Mexico City. The Week also plans for expansion in Africa and Australia in 2018.
Appearing on Advertising Week stages around the globe are the world’s best and brightest business leaders, tastemakers and celebrities across multiple disciplines, including: Sheryl Sandberg, Arianna Huffington, Martin Sorrell, Richard Branson, Mark Cuban, Katie Couric, Bob Greenberg, David Droga, Jon Bon Jovi, Kevin Spacey, Jon Stewart, Gloria Steinem, Pharrell Williams, and many more. November 2017 will mark the debut of Advertising Week’s fourth global city with Advertising Week LATAM held in Mexico City with its host partner Grupo Expansión. Advertising Week LATAM will take place at some of Mexico City’s most iconic venues from 13 – 16 November 2017.
Advertising Week LATAM draws from the unique media, marketing, brand, technology and broader industry communities from throughout Mexico, Central America, South America and the Caribbean to focus in on key business trends, issues and conversations that help to shape today’s global industry.
